Over the years, Richard and Kyle have played an active role in shaping industry standards, with both serving on the FeRFA (Resin Flooring Association) Board. Their involvement reflects their commitment to promoting best practices and advancing the resin flooring sector across the UK.

Under their leadership, Central Flooring Services has grown into a thriving and respected business, successfully delivering around 400 resin flooring projects every year.
