Central Flooring awarded contractor of the year for second year running!

Contractor of the YearCentral Flooring are proud to announce they have been awarded 2 awards by FeRFA including the much coveted "Contactor of the Year" award for the second year running bringing their tally to an unprecedented 5 awards in 2 years.

This award recognises a contractor’s commitment to Health & Safety, the training and development of staff, the quality and variety of work, outstanding customer service, new application techniques, promotion of resin flooring in accordance with the FeRFA classification, and environmental practice and awareness.

Contractor of the YearCentral also received a further award for "Environmental Initiative" this award is for a company showing commitment to environmental best practice, engaging in recycling, and a whole company approach to meeting environmental targets. There were some outstanding entries and the judging panel all agreed that one entry stood out based on the fact this company have totally engaged recycling by changing the way the business is run, by introducing new ways of working which involved the training of staff, setting and achieving recycling targets.

The FeRFA annual awards were presented by TV and sports personality Martin Bayfield at the Belfry HotelFerfa Contractor 2013 to a capacity audience.

FeRFA CEO Helen McGachie praised the high quality of the applications, which had more entries than ever before.

The range of submissions demonstrate the wide range of top quality resin applications and the diversity ofFerfa Environmental Initiative 2013 resin flooring, they also show members continuing commitment to health and safety, sustainability and innovation.

The awards show Central Flooring Services' commitment to the highest standard of installation and company performance to management practices.
